Inside the Process
Knitting the socks starts with the latest generation computerized knitting machines, which gives maximum control over the quality of the knitting. Each sock is additionally manually checked at the level of knitting by an operator. Our socks have toe pieces that are hand-sewn, resulting in a perfectly smooth seam with no edges. This toe piece provides comfort while wearing it and at the same time prevents irritation and blisters on the toes... The socks are then treated with steam, which makes the yarn feel softer and nicer on the skin.
Design
The designs of our socks are inspired by the richness of nature – beautiful, interesting, colourful, diverse and full of positive energy. The ideas for prints and decorations come from the different plant species, the fantastic mountains and their breathtaking lakes. The flora and fauna are the permanent source of inspiration for our designs and transform them into beautiful patterns for our socks collection. In the colour palettes used for our products, you can recognize the colours of the majestic mountains, the clear lakes and the colourfulness of nature.
Quality
The quality control of our socks is done in 4 phases – during knitting (software monitoring), after knitting (individual quality control for each sock), after ironing (individual quality control for each sock) and after packaging (random quality control). To ensure the best product is delivered to our customers!
