How do you place an order on the website?

You can place an order online with or without a registration. When the order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email with information about your order (check your spam folder, it may end up there). For faster processing of your order, please carefully fill in your delivery address and contact information so that everything is in order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time can take 2 to 4 working days. We'll get started right away after you've placed your order. Please note, orders placed after 5pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday. (If the order is placed on a public holiday, we will start from the next working day).

After your order has arrived, you can exchange undamaged and unworn products within 30 working days by contacting us here: contact@socksfusion.co.uk. In the event that you had to exchange due to the fault of SocksFusion, we will be responsible for the delivery costs. In case you want to exchange your order and it is not through the fault of SocksFusion, the delivery costs are with the customer.
